Order Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch orders within three business days from our warehouse. In rare cases, unexpected delays may occur, in which case we will promptly inform you about the new shipment schedule. Upon dispatch, tracking details will be provided via email. We primarily use USPS and UPS for shipping, but we reserve the right to choose the carrier.

Delivery Disputes: If your package is missing despite the tracking status showing ‘delivered,’ please file a claim with the carrier. Follow up by emailing us at customerservice@friscobrands.com with the claim details and number. We’ll respond accordingly after verification with the carrier, which may include issuing a refund where applicable.

Damages & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is paramount to us. We supply only high-quality products, and issues are infrequent. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re here to assist. Many products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Contact us for support in case of shipping-related damages, and we’ll facilitate replacements or repairs at no extra cost.

Return Policy:

  1. Order Cancellation:
    • Before Dispatch: Full refund with no penalty.
    • After Dispatch: Refuse the package upon delivery for it to be returned. A refund will be issued, less shipping costs.
  2. Product Issues (Not Shipping-Related):
    • If the product is faulty, email us at support@friscobrands.com with the order number, your full name, and images of the product. We will provide replacements or refunds based on availability.
  3. Shipping Damage:
    • Keep all original packaging in case of visible shipping damage. Discarding packaging materials voids the possibility of shipping insurance claims. Test the product’s functionality before contacting us. If the product is damaged and non-functional, email us with the necessary details for a replacement or refund.
  4. Change of Mind Returns:
    • Food items are not returnable unless damaged. Non-food items can be returned with a refund issued less shipping costs.
